I have been using this shop for dropping myhermes parcels off for a while and today I got told I had to wait to be served until people actually buying something got served! I queued up then waited and waited as people kept coming. You said serving me takes longer... Not longer than the 10 customers you served before you would even talk to me like a human being. You never know, I could have become a regular customer spending lots of money in your shop, but not with being treated like that. I wasn't the only customer you lost today!!!
