They wear something like Bluetooth headsets to chat to each other about personal stuff, which I'm sure is fine when the store is quiet but honestly the guy that served me wasn't paying any attention to what he was doing and was carrying on with a conversation whilst scanning my things. I find this behaviour really rude. I have worked in a similar customer service environment myself in the past and would never have acted this way.
