- Elle Woods Review added: 2018.05.04★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Very poor customer service. I came to browse for makeup and the salesgirl approached me four times asking me repeatedly not to open the brand new products, and only try the testers. Even after I politely asked her to leave me alone. The thing is I NEVER tried to open the products. Then she accused me of not speaking English, although I never really talked to her more than 1 sentence. She just assumed so because I am not a white person. I spoke to the store manager and did not get a sincere apology, only "we are sorry that you feel this way." Needless to say, I will be a loyal customer at Boots from now on. At least their employees have never tried to harass me.
- Jessie berrun Review added: 2018.03.15★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Lied to by staff, no apology from head office. There seems to be a recurrent theme in chain stores, where one is terrible so the others follow suit. Hopefully I'll never have the displeasure of needing a Superdrug ever again.
