- Kitti Lovasz-Kovacs Review added: 2018.12.04★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I've been in the Hammersmith store today,front of the Mall (usually I'm going to Ealing branch) and the staff was horrible, they not helpful, they speaking with you disgusting... I tried to find an item,It was 3for2, thought they have more in stock, I went to the till and the lady was looking at me(she was a black lady) like what the helI I want, she said she can not help me from the till (no one was waiting in the que and it was her and another girl serving, but she was just standing there... So she said she can not help me from the till I need to find someone else on the shopfloor, but it wasn't anyone there... I wanted to pay nearly £50 for my staff maybe more, but I decided to leave the shop straight away..I'm working in retail, I know the customer service how it needs to be, but the staff attitude and the way how they speaking with the customer is disgusting...I'm not going back there anymore, Ealing branch is smaller but the staff are really nice and helpful
