- Ibrahim Aplus Review added: 2018.10.03★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆The worst customer service I had experienced I went to the store on the 30/05/17 and bought three jumper, unfortunately the following day I realised one of the jumpers had a defect under the hand pit so I took it back for either refund or exchange with the original tag attached and receipt, the gentleman on the till was helpful but the manager was unhelpful.
She requested the till receipt which was never handed to me during purchased, I explained it was never given to me , the only receipt given to me was the card receipt, she instructed the guy not to help so I had to leaved the jumper with them and work off £9.89 out of pocket.
