I thought perhaps it was some kind of joke because all I wanted was an inch off the bottom, it doesn't get any simpler than that. Nice thick ends all the same length. I remember distinctly saying NO LAYERS. What I ended up with was an 80s Suzi-Quattro layered style. AWFUL! I went out that night and literally everybody asked me where I'd been to have my lovely hair butchered. On top of it, the salon just would not accept how unhappy I was and told me this is EXACTLY what I'd asked for and it really suited me and when I went back to ask if they would PLEASE please just cut off the ends so that it might look slightly presentable and even out the various lengths, I had to endure being lectured what a wonderful haircut I had been given by the amazing colleague. I ended up chopping it all off myself to get it back to one length - and still it looks 100x better than when I left that salon. Diabolical. I've travelled the world and lived in many countries but nowhere have I seen such an awful cut. What concerns me even more is that this salon offers beauty treatments - I find that extremely worrying. So if you want botox, maybe you should ask for laser?

MINUS 10 stars. worst hairdresser I ever went to in my life! - Hattie Axford Review added: 2018.11.03★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I came and asked for a straight cut with no layers, the manager directed me to a stylist and explained to her what I wanted, all seemed fine. As I was sat in the chair the stylist seemed to be a bit 'chop happy' with my hair, and ended up cutting so many chin length and shorter layers into my bra strap length hair. I complained and told them this was NOT what I wanted or has asked for, and was given some explanation about how I needed it for movement?! then I was quoted £5 more because they had cut layers into my hair. I refused to pay, don't go here and ruin your hair!!!
