- Robert Bunbury Review added: 2018.09.03★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Rubbish! Only two National Rail ticket machines on Westfield/Stadium side. One is continuously 'Closed' the other has a faulty touchscreen. A number of the ticket barriers have paper ticket slots that are regularly jammed; this causes problems at busy times. Staff say ticket machines have nothing to do with them. Difficult to find out how to make a complaint; presumably this is deliberate.
