- karen fielding Review added: 2018.11.02★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I was shown around the outdoor factory off-cuts but they could not give me any prices. Not even an estimate. As requested I sent in a rough draft of kitchen plus all requested dimensions; have had to call several times and email...very strange customer service. Maybe I wasn't a big enough client with a big enough order? But at least be polite and professional and offer a quote?
