  Have an appointment is impossible, they are always full booked even for the next weeks and the telephone is always bussy. Receptionist staff aren't helpful

  I would not recommend this practice to anyone. Receptionist staff are not very polite. I experienced a doctor timing my appointment with a timer during a very personal conversation about psychological issues. Appointment booking system is extremely confusing and varies depending on what member of staff you are talking to. Waiting times are often very long even early in the morning.
  
  A few examples of my experience through pregnancy and the first two months of my daughter being born:
  - referrals to the hospital for blood pressure assessments and ultrasounds never went through and the hospital staff seemed very used to this
  - a doctor at the Royal London Hospital adviced I required weekly blood pressure check ups as I was third trimester pregnant and I was at risk of pre-eclampsia which is potentially very dangerous. I called St. Paul's way medical centre only to be told the first available appointment was in 3 weeks. I insisted that I would need the weekly appointment and was told I would receive a call back the next day. I never received a call and ended up going to the hospital on a weekly basis
  - I called to book my daughter's 6 week check up and had to call back at least 5 times after being told I would receive a call to book it in. The appointment was booked for when she was 8.5 weeks (!)
  - I arrived for my daughter's 8 week vaccinations only to learn she could not receive these until the 6 week check up had been done and had to reschedule.
