He was able to order me my desire style of glasses and keep in communication with me over the phone regularly. He was also able to save me £69 on my two glasses and a free eye test performed next day.

I was on hold for a total of 30 minutes and was 15 mins late so got told I was too late to be seen.
I understand turning up late is a gamble but they couldn't explain to me why my call was not answered even though no one was being served when I walked in. They tried to say that the call centre might not be staffed on a Sunday but the call was a direct number to the shop.
