- Kaur Kalmu Review added: 2018.05.23★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Took my 3 month old 300£ Hilfiger winter jacket to dry cleaners, after a few day's, when I went to collect it, I discovered that the jacket's fabric was completely ruined. It seems like they didn't follow the cleaning label instructions and washed it on higher temperature. The whole exterior fabric is deformed, here and there you could see that the material is 'bubbly'. Immediately I contacted the manager whose relpy was really arrogant. He told me that they haven't done anything wrong and suggested me to contact to the manufacturer. I contacted the manufacturer with the problem, they replied that there is no possible way that this thing can happen when following the label. Furthermore, they assured me that they have not received even a single complaint regarding this model's fabric. I informed the manager about the manufactures answer, who then told me that they are just trying to avoid problems.
Very unpleasant customer service!!!
