AVOID. I would give 0 stars if I could, as my experience with this practice has been definitely the worst in my entire life. They should change the name to Don't Smile for Life instead. Here's why: I paid (in advance, after a 15 min check up appointment) NHS band 3. A few weeks later, when the first appointment was available, they gave me antibiotics for another week and then it finally happened. The dentist injected anesthetics everywhere in my mouth which I already found weird, sent me to the waiting area and called me back after 10-15 mins. In less than one hour, he did 8 fillings in different parts of my mouth. Now, the fun part is when two of my teeth that needed root canal treatment, as confirmed by my regular dentist in Spain and backed by another dentist in Hammersmith, were totally ignored. When I went for a check up, the dentist confirmed that he would try the root canal treatment to save them. He didn't. He just pulled one of those two teeth out straight away and put a filling in the other one, leaving it as is and basically not treating it properly. Now I have a gap and a weak tooth that still needs root canal treatment but has a brand new metal filling to match the rest of my entire mouth. So unprofessional. And obviously all that falls under NHS band 2, but at least their receptionist (which is lovely, that being said) was thoughtful enough to refund me the difference after I said I was never coming back.
