The lady that gave me a consultation for my acne and scarring spent time looking at the products I brought in, looking at my skin, listening to my concerns and explained my options in great detail. I have since been using products recommended by them that have VASTLY improved my issues and I’ve had one chemical peel with good results. Only complaint is that the clinician doing my peel was quite impersonal, I did feel quite ‘one in one out’ and not greeted or spoken to much which was not the expected customer service for an expensive treatment. My skin is far better than it was 6 weeks ago though and I’m excited to see further improvements!
