James and I are trainers in the same gym, so I've known him for a couple of years and he knows his stuff, so I knew I could trust that his programme would be the kick up the butt I needed to get back on track. And I was right. The programme is easy to follow with regular progression built in, so I'm improving every day. I'm considerably stronger than I was a couple of months ago and noticeably bigger through my upper back and arms. Totally recommend.
