The interior is dominated by a large refrigator unit that is used to showcase the sandwiches of the day and a salad bar unit. There is very limited counter space making Silvios a take away spot. The service is friendly and efficient. The price is in line with the local area with the ciabatta sandwiches being best value relative to portion size.
The sandwiches are average at best and on the dry side - due to the over toasting and lack of a base sauce on the bread. While there is a fresh stock of sandwich ingreidents, the salad bar has a limited choice and the ingredients do not look fresh outside of Mondays.
