- Peter Londoner Review added: 2018.11.28★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆1. The Incontinence (Eneberi) Clinic in Newham I rate for 0 stars. I am a disabled person in a wheelchair. I have a problem with incontinence since my childhood. The worse is, when it is cold and I cannot find accessible toilets (which are less and less in Newham) Instead of incontinence pants I was delivered by a "specialist" nurse silly talk - that I should not thinking about my bladder! This service is a disaster. 2. The Wheelchair Service - they provides a good service. They repair and maintain their wheelchairs - four good stars!
