- Borair Kasim Review added: 2018.04.21★ ★ ★ ★ ★Upon me entering the premesis, I was greeted by someone, who I believe is named Mohammad Alinoor. I explained to him my current sisha setup, and what I was looking after, to which he gave me advice of which items to get. He was very thorough with explaining what the products do, and explaining the wide range that they sell on their website. As a beginner to sisha, I had a lot of questions about what each accessory does etc, which a lot of my questions are now answered. Mr Alinoor gave me his business card, and showed nothing but great customer service. Thank you and I will be back. I recommend anyone who has questions to either call up or even better go to the industrial building and ask any questions which you may have.
