Of the three companies that quoted, Stacy was clearly the most knowledgeable and professional. For a variety of unforeseen and unexpected reasons, the work did not go entirely to plan. However, they were all superb at sorting out and rectifying the problem, and because it took longer than originally planned, and I was going away for a few days, I left them to it, with a set of doorkeys. On my return home, my house was clean and tidy, all the original work, plus the extra work, had been done to a very high standard, and I could not have been more pleased.
It's possible to get the true measure of an organisation when things don't go exactly as predicted, and I cannot speak too highly of Series A Roofing. - Catherine O'Neill Review added: 2018.05.16★ ★ ★ ★ ★We whole-heartedly recommend Series A Roofing. We first contacted them over a leak, and Stacy could not have been more helpful throughout the whole process. It turned out that some previous (recent) work was substandard, and Stacy gave us invaluable advice, including various links to technical information, so that we could go back to the original contractors with a better understanding of what the issues were.
Thankfully, the original contractors agreed to rectify their work, so in the end, Series A only repaired another section of our roof that was separate from the faulty work. However, just in this small job, we were impressed with the professionalism and quality of work done. It is clear that Stacy and the Series A team take immense pride in doing a really good job. Their technical knowledge, and standards of work, are very high indeed. Dave was polite, knowledgeable and professional. Took photos of the roof so I could see the damage and explained the problem, along with maintenance tips for potential issues from overgrown moss.
