Today I went in for my appointment consisting of shellac mani/pedi, intimate waxing and eyebrow threading, ready for my wedding this weekend and flight tomorrow morning.
I have been growing my eyebrows out for 4/5 months in preparation of my wedding, and asked the lady to keep them as thick as possible, so my makeup artist can fill in the gaps. I ended up in tears, with a left eyebrow slightly thicker than a single line.
Despite this lady knowing it was my wedding day, and exactly what I had asked for, she got trigger happy on my brows.
I am absolutely gutted and there's nothing anyone can do to solve this.
I can't fault the rest of the company, and I walked away not paying for my brow thread, but I would consider firing the lady who attempted and ruined my eyebrows.
