- Paul Burley Review added: 2018.04.21★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆They say collect in as little as a minute. In reality you have to wait while the slow solitary member of staff processes a complex order - probably about 10mins. It is like watching paint dry and very frustrating. Will be going elsewhere in future.

Very pleasant by first impression but then arrogant and just refusing to help me find the item I'm after. Repeating saying same phrase like a robot. Finally asking to search on the side to let other customers where there was no anyone waiting! I refused.
I shop Screwfix daily and it's not the service I normally get.
