Muddy cat paw prints didn't come out of my bed or table linen but I washed the table cloth myself after several more weeks of use and more free-range cat prints and it's dazzling white again. The bed linen wasn't pressed all that well. They made me pre pay for my winter duvet clean. I've tried to give them the benefit of the doubt since it changed hands but won't be going back. Would rather pay more for better quality.
