The first lady didn't put any pressure on at all, so my wife asked for a bit more oomph and the next guy came along and was so heavy handed it really hurt. The sense is that these guys have had limited training. Worse still I called up to provide some 'feedback' and they failed repeatedly to call me back because they knew I wasn't happy!
