I stood at the reception Waiting for her to finish on the pc, a few minutes at least, she did not look up, I was completely ignored. She looked up at me when she heard another patient walk in, and said “ooh! I didn’t see you there”, but she had seen me, I saw her eye movements! I asked if the nurse was in, she said “I can’t get you in, she’s fully booked”. She then proceeded to whisper to the nurse when she came to the reception. The nurse pulled me up, I went in to see the doctor, and there the nurse was, half inside the surgery and half outside, the door wide open so all the people outside could hear. Not very professional! All this aggravation started because of the shitstirring woman Gina. She is poison. I’ve always got on with everyone in that surgery until I had dealings with her. The very first time I met that woman she started asking me personal details, I told her at the what she is asking is not personal as she’s talking so loud everyone can hear! Obviously since then she’s trying to cause trouble when she sees me. She is a nasty person.
