I have found Salsateca to be the best one: well prepared teachers, good organization and they have classes all week from Monday to Saturday workshops, so you cannot miss a chance. Classes are well taught and not overbooked, so you can really feel you are learning.
Special mention to Virginia, who is really friendly and knows how to make a class fun whilst still showing real salsa.
