- GAZ Review added: 2017.12.21★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Customer service this morning was appalling. Sunday opening time is 11am I get that and fully understand it. But, if you as a business decide to open the store early at 10.30am in today's case and allow multiple customers in at that time to go about their shopping. I expect to be able to pay for my items at that time. But no this morning after collecting a couple minor items I got to the checkout where there was one gentlemen, I don't know his name he never had his name badge on either, who rudely told me I cannot pay for the items until 11am, what is the logic here? You can come in and look at the items for half an hour but not pay and leave? It is absolutely ridiculous and the manor in which I was treated by this sainsburys staff member has tainted my view of the brand, I will no longer be shopping at this store.
