Using the self-checkout yesterday, an item that was half-price according to the "red" sticker on the shelf went through the self-checkout at full price. I asked a member of staff to help and they said the price was shown on the shelf as the full price. Investigating I found that he had taken the label from the shelf and handed it to another staff member. Despite the red label saying the brand, product, weight and correct full price it was "wrong". But, mysteriously, it's not unlawful to bate and switch like this. Not going there again.
