I took a while to decide on materials, layout and style at the beginning of the process and Russell could not have been more patient - and accommodating. He produced many prototype doors for me to have a look at - and this level of attention to detail really paid off as the end result is exactly what I had envisaged..
The quality of the cabinets and drawers is excellent and the whole kitchen is well fitted - another excellent thing about Russell is that he is very happy to come back and sort minor snagging - another example of his attention to detail and desire to make sure that you are totally happy with the result.
In summary: I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Russell if you are thinking of a new kitchen - or indeed fitted furniture of any kind. His work is excellent and perhaps most importantly he's a great person to deal with - fully committed to delivering an excellent product and extremely straightforward with regards to quotes and costings - no hidden extras from beginning to end which is a major bonus..He's also possibly the most patient man alive - so if you have an idea in your head as to what you'd like and need someone to make it happen you couldn't do any better!
