- Anna Walters Review added: 2017.12.27★ ★ ★ ☆ ☆The GPs and nurses are all great. No complaints there. The booking system, on the other hand, is a Kafka-esque nightmare. You rarely get through on the phone and you have to call at 8am or 2pm precisely and if you do get through you can only book for certain days. It is impossible to see the same GP twice. There is also an app, but it's so un-user friendly to get on board with I can't imagine most people would persevere with it. It's unfair really because people who can use the app will find it easier to get appointments.
