- James Caven Review added: 2018.10.31★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Cold called my mother who has dementia and is fully covered by a responsible company and convinced her she needed cover, I have power of attorney for her so called and explained only to be told it would take 7/10 days for refund, 10days later with no money returned I called them again only to be told it was 7/10 work days! For a company to immediately take money and when informed of the condition my mother is in and still hold on to her money until the last possible opportunity is for me the lowest of the low and surly a terrifying example of the kind of company that this is, 1star is far to much for them.
