  I was highly recommended to relate Golders Green, but what a disappointment. Our first consultation went well, Ruby who dealt with our problem came across as understanding and patient, giving us time to talk about personal problems. However the wait for this appt was very long and winded. Our second appt took about 3/4 weeks, they might not think this is a long period, but when you are feeling at your lowest point, this is a long time. So finally we get an appt. On arrival I was greeted by the receptionist "take a seat " says the lady behind the desk, there seemed to be lots of talking going on with Ruby (first consultant) another consultant gets her coat on ready to leave. At this point I realized that something was not quite right..... There was no record of our appt, the receptionist then asks the lady wearing her coat to stay behind to see us ! My husband and I thought we would give this a go... big mistake, she had none of our records, she didn't even know who we were, but kept blaming her computer wire that had broken. At this point we just had to get up and leave as it was jus getting worse by the minute, what a big disappointment, now currently going to ask for our money back !
