  I started coming here a year ago because I liked the hairdresser Nina. She is very friendly and cuts my hair so nicely. However, the last time I came, I turned up and the girl behind the desk lied to me saying they tried to call me several times to cancel my appointment. I had no missed calls or voicemails from them. Since I had turned up, they found another hairdresser for me. My first impression was that this lady was the cleaner. No disprespect to her personally, but rather to the shop and the girl behind the desk - she was a bent old lady who really did look like she was a cleaner. All I asked for was half an inch trim. She took over an hour and ended up cutting over 2 inches of my hair that I was trying to grow long!!! Apparently this lady's name is Christina. I really wonder if she was at all experienced and I paid £50 for this!!!!!!! I really thought I had finally found a good hairdresser, but after this experience, I don't think I would trust them to go back.

  I have been going to this salon since it was Steiner. Have had a number of different stylists. I moved out of the area in 2013 but still continue to use this salon due to old bonds. While my current stylist is lovely, overall I have to say that the quality of customer perks and care could be better. Rarely does this salon do any real deals or discounts for old and loyal customers. There are a number of part time staff which means often I do not get appointments on the days and times I want to, as I am reliant on my stylist working on the day.
  Having said that, I have never walked out of the salon feeling dissatisfied with the treatment.
