I always shuddered at the thought of getting up in the morning and heading out into the cold, but it really isn't as bad as I'd expected and it's great to get my exercise out of the way first thing. I have Adele and the awesome group of people to thank for keeping me remotely fit. Highly recommend!

But now I am a fitness fanatic (well, perhaps that is going a bit far) but I am fit and happy because this is the friendliest and most fun Bootcamp in the world. Try it.
