  DO NOT GO HERE!! AVOID THIS PLACE not even worth the 1 star..
  I don’t ever leave bad reviews unless I feel the service needs to change.
  I went here yesterday to have my eyelashes done. On point of arrival the lady asked me wether I wanted short or long lashes. Individual lashes and she said that she done the individual lashes. I said short and I want them natural not thick. I asked if she could do this she said yes! I then went ahead and proceeded with the treatment. As she was applying the lashes the glue that she used was burning my eyes I don’t know what she used but it shouldn’t be used!! I then asked her if it was meant to burn she responded saying that it will but once it has dried it won’t. So as I say in uncomfortable pain I was glad to get it over with as I looked in the mirror I was a little shocked as she had left gaps on either end we’re my real lashes could be seen next to these clumpy lashes. I asked her to fill the gaps so she did. Once done I wasn’t really sure but I paid and left as I wanted to get out of there my once I returned home and spoke with friends they advised that my lashes looked terrible and I should insist on getting a refund. I called the shop and they said that they wouldn’t give me a refund even tho the service was terrible the the treatment was awful and if you provide a good level of customer service when you do a rubbish job you should want to provide a refund!! And provide excellent treatment standards if these are your standards there not high at all!! The lashes she used are cluster lashes wich she calls individual lashes! They are two different things she laughed at me some the phone not even 1 day use out of it The lady didn’t not know how to do lashes she clearly has taught her self a very poor way of doing it AVOID THIS PLACE looks like I’m not the only one complaining I have had 3 hours sleep as the lashes were digging in to my eyes!! And I took them off this morning to be left with PUFFY RED EYES all day because of the stuff you have used as glue!! I will be reporting you to trading standards!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! As it is a health and safety issue now
