  This is the worst post office on the planet. The staff are incredibly rude and obnoxious and shout at each other in their own language and don't even acknowlege you. I now go out of my way to use the Post Office in Wandsworth - I cannot cope with the rudeness any longer. They all need to be trained to have some manners and how to speak to customers

  BEWARE AND CHECK AS THEY WILL
  OVER CHARGE YOU AND NOT TELL YOU.
  it’s was morning and I was in a rush as I was late for work, I asked for record delivery on 2 small letters.
  When I got to Work I look at the receipt and was amazing that it was £12.90 for special delivery. I called the post office and ask why they give me special delivery and not reordered like I had asked for. i was told by the man that served me was what I had asked for as I wanted next day. The man was rude and confrontational on the phone blaming me. I said I asked for recorded delivery and not once did you say special Delivery can send the next day at this cost or tell me that his had done this! So I had to go all the way back and I got a refund! The cost for 2 letters recorded was £2.90! That is a massive difference. I am going to Report them as this is a con and make people aware of what they are doing. PLEASE CHECK THE COST AS THEY WILL CHARGE YOU AS MUCH MONEY AS POSSIBLE. I will
  now only go to
  Roehampton post office or Kingston.
