- John Malcomson Review added: 2018.09.04★ ★ ★ ★ ★Very good hotel. As a regular guest I am greeted by a member of the Guest Relations Team. On this particular occasion there was a new receptionist who did not know be, but the Guest Relations Manager explained she needed to remember me as a favoured guest. My particular room preferences are all taken care of. The buffet breakfast is the best I have encountered in London and my breakfast special requests are catered for. We are always treated very well and known by the staff who refer to my wife and I by name. The doormen are always extermely helpful and the proximity to St Pancras station suits our travel needs perfectly.
