I asked for a simple two braids hairstyle (with extensions- approx. half a pack of Xpressions, which I had to provide myself) and was quoted £25 by the manager, which had supposedly been reduced to £20. I asked for a reduction, as the price seemed very high for this simple hairstyle, but the manager refused. I was then motioned to sit down without giving me any chance to decline her offer myself. I foolishly fed into the pressure and agreed. The manager of the shop then bounced me between 3 people including herself before settling as to who should be doing my hair. The actual hair dresser was lovely but the hair didn't even last 3 days! Would not recommend.
