Initially after an error with the booking (error of booking agent not the hotel), the hotel bent over backwards to assist me to make sure my stay was rewarding. This is the service you want after you fly from Sydney to London.
From Irene at Reception to Milagris in reservations ensured that my every need was met. It is remiss of me not to mention the porter (apologies for not remembering name) as he was SENSATIONAL. He always has a friendly smile and assisted in transporting bags to my room. I was so impressed with the hotel, I have already booked to stay for another week once I return to London in a few weeks. Yes the rooms are a little small but this is what happens in London particularly the Old Victorian buildings - but rooms are neat and tidy and have everything you need. Would happily recommend.
Have happily returned to the Premier Notting Hill after a few weeks away in Europe. This is my second stay here and once again I am very happy with the service provided by the hotel. Savio on the front desk has been so accommodating and greets you with good morning or good afternoon each day by your name - which is great customer service. Very low water pressure in the shower (my room was on the 4th floor).
Air condition smells like pee. Had trouble in the very small breakfast room, but it was very good.
