- Vivien Bailey Review added: 2018.01.31★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆This GP surgery is quite possibly the most archaic and badly run doctor's. The rude reception staff treat patients with contempt and total disregard for confidentiality or basic customer service or compassion for the unwell. I have seen an old woman choking in the waiting room and been totally ignored, reception staff shouting at clients who's first language is not English. Phone messages are not passed to GP's, any fault in the system is treated as the patients fault with no responsibility taken, the appointment wait is over two weeks, the building itself is unclean and cramped. The average appointment time is always at least 30 min later than booked. There is no online booking available and the phone lines are always busy, the only way to organised a repeat prescription is in writing in person with a 48 hour wait. I generally leave the surgery feeling sicker than I did on arrival and WOULD NOT RECCOMEND.
