In addition to this fact showing a lack of organisation, they have utterly mishandled communications and we have had to repeatedly get back to them ourselves to know about the status of our inquiry. I can therefore safely state that the agency's claim of "listening to their customers" is erroneous. Think twice before choosing to work with them.
