....having asked for a simple clerical error to be corrected at the start of the season, I was ignored, blamed for the league's own clerical errors (lost score sheets, taking so long to contact the other team, slowness in responding) and lied to about emails I had sent myself to the team (which was both a new and surprising tactic for a customer service element). This included a timeline of correspondence being produced that utterly ignored correspondences I had sent, and resent, with a small helping of mansplaining in the middle.
This was over an error that actually if they'd just said, 'we might have made a mistake, but we don't know and can't fix it' would have been fine - difficult to explain to my team that we can't have the points for our win, but definitely better than having the league's admin support act as though we were/ I was trying to cheat. This is the only correction we have asked for in those nine years.
I just can't bring myself to pay again to be treated like this. If you are playing next season, good luck, and I hope you don't need to ask for any corrections!
