- Shibani Deb Review added: 2018.03.21★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆The worst restaurant by a mile. Just visited for my son’s tenth birthday. Staff had forgotten about our booking, had not put balloons out on the table. Failed to apologise and told me how busy they were, when infact the restaurant was barely half full. The manager was rude and unprofessional. The only waitress served the cake without any singing. It felt horrid but I had to keep calm given my son was there.
The toilets were unsanitary and I will take this forward. Again, the manager told me that she “had never seen it so bad”! Yet, failed to do anything about it...clearly because they were so short staffed.
Utterly disgusting. Attitude appalling. Will never go again. A very poor pizza express!
