Absolutely awful it took 3 of us over an hour to clean up all the cat/fox fesses that had been there for a while as some had maggots in, the hall stunk and the bins were full the outside bin also had maggots in after we had 4 bags of rubbish,the toilet were filthy all cupboards are full of junk and tables were broken, we called to complain and the lady who manages it told us maggots won't hurt anyone and if I don't like it leave bearing in mind I had 50+ guests coming in less than a hour, there is a book shelf with 100 ancient books on which looks messy as you walk in there is stinging nettles trying to attack you and the grass was over grown and there was a heap of rubbish, a blackberry bush which takes up half of the garden also the oven was disgusting and there is no where to put rubbish so you have to take it home but when it came to getting my deposit they said I'm lucky to be getting it back as i stole the drawing pins lol so my advice don't use this venue I wish I could add pics
