- Macayla Dawes Review added: 2018.05.26★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I've had a few good experiences at this GP. Some staff are nice, however mostly I find it difficult to access. Appointment are usually a long wait and since being registered at this GP I've had less visits and tend to deal with my ailments myself and only seek professional healthcare for emergency health care from AE. Some GPs are judgmental and refuse to send you to an expert for two health conditions despite not being qualified to make that call therefore denying access to professional treatments. I've complained and I was offered an apology and a referral for one health expert but still no referral for the other. Some of the staff are unfriendly and appear to have no training in customer service. I guess doctors learn everything about health but not in dealing with differing groups in society.
