My husband and I thought we'd try it out for a Mani Pedi for some relaxing time out from buying a house. We booked an appointment, didn't get seen until 45 minutes after our slot and were still here 2 hours later. What should have been no more than 90 minutes max ended up being a 3 hour job because the staff are flitting between customers. It's just not good enough. They were lovely and accomodating and did a great job but I've come away feeling like I don't want to go back because of the time issue and that's a shame. It seems like it's all about how many customers they see which is fine if they had more than three staff members. I went to come out feeling nice and chilled. I feel quite the opposite now as I've wasted half a day and missed out on stuff I needed to do. They did do a very good job though and were very friendly.
