When ordering dim sum, you'll find an order sheet on your table. Check the menu and mark the corresponding numbers on the order sheet with the quantities you desire. Dishes are brought one at a time so you have the time to enjoy each dish and they are piping hot. If you are unsure of what to order, ask the wait staff for suggestions and they are spot on. I had a great meal here.
