I was temping at a concierge desk in Camden today. One of their Lift broke down last weekend and they haven't came to fix it since! No point chasing the contact person -lets call him Mr G or Gary- as he just simply ignores all phone calls and mails. Well today I decided t give him a ring from my personal mobile so he wasn't aware of it who is on the other end. He picked it up in 3 rings! first pretending he cant hear me well once I told him where I'm calling from than making up the siltiest excuses he could from the top of his head. after this chat my number got black listed too. Latest update was an email from the property manager asking for an immediate call back from them..... they never called... I wouldn't trust them with barge pole yet alone my life in a Lift they are "servicing". Avoid all cost!
