The telephone and email arrangements were quick and comprehensive. I made changes to some of the original drawings and these were included in the plans without fuss. The company was flexible about me buying my own coloured glass.
Installation was quite a wonder to behold. The team of men worked quickly and energetically and they worked a full day. They were extremely polite and considerate and very clean - dust was kept to an absolute minimum and a good deal of cleaning up occurred at the end of each day.
No effort or time was spared to achieve the best possible finish - with top quality plastering around the borders, and sills fitted and plastered in seamlessly. The team stressed that it was important to them to do a really good job and that is what they did.
