From the moment I made an appointment to when I received my spectacles I had the most caring, professional and kind service imaginable. The staff at Opera Opera love what they do and they get great pleasure from making sure you find just the right spectacles for your face, colouring, style and image. I mentioned that I hoped to have the spectacles ready for my daughter's wedding in three weeks' time but I was gently told that the bespoke service took time and that my spectacles wouldn't be read for about 10 weeks. Imagine my delight when I received an email two weeks later to say my spectacles were ready for collection. I phoned to say I was by chance in London and could I pop in right now? This was no problem and I was seen immediately. I said wow, I wasn't expecting my spectacles to be ready so soon and I was told that when I left Opera Opera after my initial appointment they had taken the trouble to phone the technician and hurry through my order. Isn't that the most delightful and caring service?

They aren't as cheap as high street chains but they are different. I could not have received better service, the staff are lovely & pay a lot of attention to detail. Any enjoyable experience.
