- Yohan Trougouboff Review added: 2018.09.18★ ★ ★ ★ ★Was a member for about 6 months. Only ever used the pool. It was probably the best pool I've experienced in London. Usually not too busy, everything was very clean to a high standard. The sauna and steam room were great as well. The pool is small but it does mean that most people come for the gym and not the pool which I think is why it's usually not too busy. I had a bad experience with the memberships team that would of taken my review to 1 star and a lot more negative but in the end I was contacted by Joel the Deputy General Manager who listened to my complaints, apologised, said they are making changes as a result of similar feedback and compensated me accordingly as well which was much appreciated. Therefore I would recommend this gym if you work/live nearby. For me it was one of the best ones I've had in London

I stopped using the pool because the changing/shower facilities are absolutely disgusting and smell. As for Studio, well the temperature control is terrible. It's far too warm for high intensity aerobics. Add to that AC has been broken and still not fixed one month on. It had been a month since I did a class. Apparently someone fainted yesterday. I will be asking for a refund for that month. How can you charge premium rates for this level of facilities and service is beyond a joke. AVOID AVOID AVOID....
Not surprising that there is no reply from Nuffield to my review. So today same same with dirty towels everywhere you step in the changing rooms. The shower gel dispensers are all empty. Wet floors everywhere. When I asked, they told me there is cleaning staff constantly monitoring the changing rooms. Must be invisible! The manager not only talked over me, he had the nerve to say he I checked the changing rooms less than an hour ago!!
Think I will change and shower at home from now on...
