- James Wheldon Review added: 2018.01.27★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆The furnishings and walls are very tired. Service was poor, lots of staff but ended up having to go to the counter to order drinks. The toilets are atrocious, broken and damn horrible, and not very clean. The drinks are really good though. But they charge full pub drink prices as expectes in central London, but charge service charge literally for bringing a can out of the fridge is insane. Give your customers the option to order at the counter, we had to anyway, and we still paid service charge because it was automatic added to the bill. I don't mind paying service charge when service is excellent, but I hate paying when it's automatically added to my bill. Its too embarrassing to ask to remove it. Also, we wee kicked out an hour before it closed because there wasn't enough customers to keep it open. Nice one!
